How we do it

#1

Profiling AKA grinding

We will use top of the line equipment to grind the surface. This give the concrete a proper profile for the coating to adhere to. We will also use a hand grinder for the edges and hard to reach spots. This also cleans the floor as we will be using a hepa vacuum to collect all the dust and debri.

#2

Cleaning

By using our hepa vacuums we will thoroughly be cleaning the floor to get them ready to receive the base coating. You do not want a dirty floor when applying the product.

#3

Patching

It is common for most floors to have hairline cracks and or some sort of spalling. After we apply the grinder and clean the floor it will expose any flaws in the concrete that we can patch with our top of the line products.

#4

Base Coat

We will then apply our direct from manufacturer top of the line base coat. They typically come in light gray, beige or black.

#5

Flake/Chips

This is where the fun part happens and we get to broadcast the flake color of your choice onto the floor. This provides a splash of life to the floor with adding adequate tractions as well.

#6

Final coat

Before we apply the top coat we will scrape and clean up the excess flake. Then apply the Top coat, which is a clear uv protectant product that will add a lifetime of protection!
